Overview

ArrivalsTV is designed to collect as little data as possible. The app does not create user accounts, show advertising, track people across apps or websites, or sell personal information.

Information ArrivalsTV uses

Airport and display preferences

Your selected airport, board layout, and display preferences are stored locally on your Apple TV.

Flight-data requests

When you open a board, the app sends the selected airport code to the ArrivalsTV service so it can return the requested flight information. The service does not require your name, email address, or an ArrivalsTV account.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. ArrivalsTV receives signed transaction information from Apple only to verify access. ArrivalsTV does not receive or store payment-card details.

Operational logs

Our hosting providers may process routine network information, including an IP address, in short-lived infrastructure and security logs. ArrivalsTV does not use this information to build user profiles or for advertising.

Information ArrivalsTV does not collect

• No contacts
• No photos or media
• No precise location
• No advertising identifier
• No cross-app tracking
• No sale of personal information

How information is used

• Return the airport board you request
• Verify access to purchased features
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service

Third-party services

• Apple provides App Store distribution and payment processing.
• Railway provides backend hosting and infrastructure.
• AeroDataBox provides aviation schedule and status data.

Data retention

ArrivalsTV does not maintain user accounts or an account-linked activity history. Local preferences remain on your Apple TV until you change them or remove the app. Infrastructure logs may be retained by service providers for a limited period for security and operations.

Children's privacy

ArrivalsTV does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
