Help with ArrivalsTV for Apple TV.

Install ArrivalsTV

Open the App Store on Apple TV, search for ArrivalsTV, and choose Get. Salt Lake City, Montréal, and Shanghai airport boards are included at download.

Choose a board

Use the Siri Remote to search for an airport and switch between arrivals, departures, or a combined board. The board refreshes flight times and statuses automatically.

Getting help

Email hello@arrivals.tv with your Apple TV model, tvOS version, selected airport, and a description of what happened.

Restore ArrivalsTV+

Open Settings in ArrivalsTV and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that holds the subscription. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings.

Times and operational states can change. ArrivalsTV is an informational display and should not replace official airline or airport guidance.
